Black Screen After Starting Windows 7

I have a 750 GB HDD and with this problem I can't even go to the desktop, just a black screen and it will sit at the screen forever without doing Now reboot normally. Have you been able to find a sultion? Strangely enough, I can reboot in Safe Mode (Which I'm using now), and I can reboot in VGA Enabled mode, both of which work perfectly fine.
