Black Screen On Booting Windows XP - With A Twist

explorer.exe - Unable to Locate Component This application has failed to start because BROWSEU.dll was not found. The fact that there is a good configuration seems to rule out hardware malfunction. PLEASE I NEED TO FIX THIS!!! Does anyone know how to fix this? directory
