I'm playing with a GTX 980M. i changed realmlist back to original and voila, i was able to play on official wow. Follow what I set up for you and hopefully we'll find the cause(s) of the problem. Please follow my path to the Event Viewer.

Most of the time my sprite still does the walking animation in place, but a lot of times it will just not do anything until the game decides to "unstick" me.
