RESET CMOS, REMOVING MEMORY, UNPLUGGING ALL DEVICES, REMOVING CMOS BATTERY, TRIED POWER SUPPLY IN ANOTHER SYSTEM AND IT WORKED, TRIED ANOTHER MEMORY, but nothing happened.
