2nd Laptop Won't Connect To Wireless Router


I went through every step Microsoft had on the knowledge base help, tried to configure with Windows controlling it, with the card utility to control it..and nothing happens except the continual Other computers just have an icon at the top or bottom of the screen that can be switched on or off.  Another simple problem to check is your browser.
