CPU Not Seeing My 2 Disc Drives


The Device Manager in Windows, under Disk Drives, shows both my internal drives AND my external drive (3TB) with all drives showing "This device is working properly.", and under DVD/CD-ROM drives, Also, when plugged in it makes a whirring/beeping noise.. In the device panle it has a yellow explanation mark on te icon.
