They gave me permission to open the enclosure and remove hdd from inside. If the drive has become corrupt or has bad sectors, these tools can fix it. It said I had 13.5TB of data in a .5TB partition.

It used to be simpler to format c: /s (for system files for floppies & HD) Now stuff is more hidden. I though my HDD was corrputed, but this helped fixed it.
