External Drive Not Recognized On Startup


Windows 10 installed the 32-bit version, even though I downloaded the 64-bit version of the upgrade tool. What you say about the drive only mounting when the OS is fully operational seems to suggest this. This might be a bios setting i will check again to see exactly when the light goes off.
