[SOLVED] Hard Disk Won't Detect 40 Gb


So, I put it in a ziplock bag and put it in the freezer. You could probably get away with leaving it in for a shorter time frame but this is usually how long I leave it in for. The HDD was working fine as I updated windows though it failed to be recognised. Maybe they are both from the same bad batch of drives. weblink
