After replacing its power supply with bigger one I discovered that the HP PSU could not even handle half of its 250 watt rating [new PSU was only drawing 125-130 watts Still having this same issue. Removal can be dicey (I guess that heat makes the pins 'stick' or the plastic distorts) but the only insertion issue I've had is where you have the 'separate' 4 pin PC won't boot after installing new graphics card!
