Q. The reason I ask this is because, I added the drivers that I thought were correct ( after following the instructions from above ) using nLite. If the drive isn't spinning up and does not show up in the BIOS, it might have died. I also run every kind of disk tests from hirens boot cd and everything seams to be alright, no errors at all. Plug your old hard drive into that IDE and power cable, making sure you set the jumper correctly.
