Help With Firewall/explorer.exe Problems

The connection stays active. I noticed a number of outbound connections coming from explorer.exe, felt there was no reason for that, so I blocked all outbound connections using Comodo firewall. Any thoughts on what's trying to start this connection? I don't know.

You would have to block the whole subnet but that might well have other implications.
