Wonder if its time to start talking to the competition about replacing this. I use TW personally and I can say that the symptoms are exactly the same. that didn't help. Atheros has been a particular one. here

But this is happening.One day connections times out in one modem of one provider.The next day it happens in the other modem of the OTHER internet provider.All of this happened the I'd rather not keep calling support as all they really want to do is sell me "whole house cable". Ask for a resolution, complain to the tier one that this happens all the time. I had this setup with TWC just over a year ago, same modem, same router, same network but I had an expensive high speed account.

If it is, then it'll resolve itself, without the need for a new modem or a costly tech visit.
