Internet Explorer 11 What Do You Want To Do With Prompt If you can remove the users downloads folder, or point the downloads location to somewhere that doesnt exist, if you click save, you will be prompted with a save as window, This is by far the most annoying thing about IE9 in my opinion.

A format fixed it for me but I have this problem on about 6-8 other PCs and I don't want to  go back to 9 and I don't want to format, The funny thing is, for home use this wouldn't annoy me so much, but for business it represents an extra click. Workaround: Set the default save location to a read-only location. Chrome does not have a setting for this.
