Can Not Download From IE7 In Vista Home


I'm stuck using IE which is so inferior (in my opinion ) to firefox. Will the release of a new version of Internet Explorer change those plans? It works by talking to existing desktop enhancement programs and then applying a MyColors or Suite file.
