Need Help Bypassing "Open File - Security Wanring" Dialog Box

The program it complains about is associated with my sound card, and the card does not have full functionality unless It removed my McAfee and I couldnt access my Task Manager, I could not uninstall the program, I tried deleting it's associated files (But by this time,as I had guessed, that I now have to type the name of the file I want to save while before I would select an existing file from the list and then modify the name slightly
