Reboot your modem/router There are two methods for resetting your modem while troubleshooting. Please can you help? Yes, this is what is happening to me as well. How do i solve my problem in windows 7?? here

FYI: Arris modem uses WPA2 security, the older networkthat does work with the Asus uses WEP.With any suggested fixes, please include link or step-by-step instruction.
