Computer Says Connected But Can't Axcess Internet


My computer says it is connected to the internet but will not load anything in a web browser Keep losing internet but computer says i'm still connected? Any advice? I am currently sending these from my ipad. Windows showed he wireless connection as connected, which I suppose it was, but it could not get an IP address.

If you don't already have one then install a 'ping' app. It also does the same when I connect to my universities internet, and it was working fine yesterday. Resetting the TCP/IP stack did the trick for me. Does anyone know of another way to force this?
