  1. I had storms last week, and have removed 2 viruses.
  2. I called samsung, they tried everything and it didnt work.
  3. Once the TV a turned back on, I was able to go on the Internet.

I tried all of your suggestions as well, ispalten, and they didn't work either. Because i'm currently having the same problem with my MediaLink usb driver, where no network connections are showing up and the is an X on my wireless bars. All of my home hardware (PC's, iPad,s, iPhones...) have switched over without any problem but the TV just won't connect.
