Can't Get USB Ports


There are several other things on my computer that look like they can be connected to but I don't have anything to connect to them and I would like to know My laptop has 3 USB ports: 1 USB 3.0 and 2 USB 2.0. Sometimes that works by forcing the operating system to scan for hardware, like the USB port, and makes it work again.
