And - before doing anything else - See if a similar device will be recognised on your PC, and then check if another PC will recognise the device(s).

After reinstalling my OS, every device on every port worked (mouse, keyboard, webcam, usb storage), except of my gamepad, so I assumed that it doesn't work.
