Norton+a trojan just nuked my o.s. Incorrect editing of the registry can cause serious harm to your operating system so it is advised you proceed with extreme caution. it sounds like what was said before, it sounds like a setting in OE that needs to be fixed, or delete the location of the settings so they will be recreated.
