Please Help --> Backdoor Virkel --Hijack/DDSlog Included

I would certainly appreciate some help here!! This scan picked up other spy ware which I fixed with Trend Micro and then un-installed same. Please try the request again. The HJ Log is below.

THIS IS REALLY PISSING ME OFF!!!!! TROJAN VIRKEL! Check the box that says: "Accept License Agreement". I went into safe mode and re-scanned for each user setting and I then ran ccleaner.
