stqxsv.exe was removed, I'm assuming by HiJackThis.   I rebooted and ran Ccleaner and it removed roughly 68MB of files.   Here's my fresh HiJacKThis log after running and closing Ccleaner: To delete a locked file, right-click on the file, select Send To->Remove on Next Reboot on the menu and restart your computer.
