In the database was your employee account still showing the correct email. This is very worrying as I am due to open my store in a couple of weeks. I'm suspecting that the joining of EA account and Origin is causing this problem.

To do that, right click on the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair. I am sorry that you still can't get into your account. Twice. I hope you other guys resolve the problem (I may be back here in a few hours with the same issue).

And if it wouldn't work, I'd call the helpdesk. When you try to log in to Origin, there is a link at the bottom that says " can't access account? " . and it still doesn't accept the new password. Check to make sure that your antivirus or firewall are not causing issues.
