Please Help - Virus Has Screwed Up My Computer!

So the story I think it may be a virus, i don't know how else to describe this catastrophe. Using the site is easy and fun. C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Owner\reader_s.exe (Trojan.Agent) -> Unloaded process successfully. Remove that at once.

Yup, tried safe mode and still had the keyboard problem. c:\documents and settings\HP_Owner\local settings\Temp\~TM16.tmp (Trojan.Agent) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully. Picture 2 it shows that when i open services that screen is blue. It said that Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 was installed and it was uninstalling it.
