Brother Printer Unable To Clean 46

I thought I was going to have to buy another printer, this one (MFC620) has been so reliable, and the error "Unable to Clean" instruction in the manual does not mention On the 1st one I couldn't enter maintenance mode. Owners manual was no help at all but this worked first go...thanks heaps.

  • I unplugged it and left it alone for 30 min.
  • Thanks!
  • don't know how long it will last but I gently absorbed ink on foam pad (left) with tissue on Q-tip.
  • I am not to happy to have paid $28.00 for this as it turns out was useless information. Expert: tbwhite2040 replied3 years ago.
