When I go to get it repaired, the enable authentication box gets re-checked. I thought I had hit the "Solved" button; I guess I missed it. My computer is now fixed fully. I spent hours on the phone with all these PC tech guys from India & nobody suggested this!

Mine had IEEE 802.1x enabled, but that was not the problem. Limited Or No Connectivity I was pulling out my hair! When I went into router config and switched from WPA-PSK/AUTO to WPA_PSK/AES, the problem went away!
