I've also found out that about half the WinXP users in our group were successful in mounting the share, but everyone that fails has the same error in their log. Thanks! Thanks a Lot! I tried to recall everything I had done to fix it the previous time and eventually got things working again. If you are able to connect, then it's basically a problem with the security settings. We were without wireless on one computer for months, and I had all but given up when I came across your instructions.

It worked for me too. Using the "net use" command, the PCs that fail are being prompted for credentials. Finally one Google search-> got me ur article-> and its workin wonderful.

Other programs to try and uninstall include Microsoft Security Essentials and any kind of Norton software.

Get's a bit tricky setting up permissions with that feature.
