[Resolved] Cant Open Msconfig


There was no change, which may relate to the "mui" part?I am curious if this is a corrupted file, corrupted registry or a file ownership issue. I cannot set msconfig to Normal startup. Everything else works properly and there is no unusual background activity. You can't do it in the same folder, it's too protected. Select Normal startup> select Startup. It is a good idea to keep your backups on an external drive too.
