Solved: Explorer.exe Restarting Endlessly!


Found this fix this morning and so far everything has been working. After a restart this seems to have fixed my problems so thank you! Bye. Errors that you make while using the command line interface cannot be undone.

Contact me if any queries. I can't get into BIOS, I can't get into safe mode, and I can't get into any kind of recovery menu. Reply TRY THIS!! It's flashing like crazy.

By the time I’m done, Windows has booted up and I can start work.

Unfortunately without booting into Windows the registry cannot be fixed, leaving the operating system unreachable.
