PC has been scanned for malware and viruses 3. Click on "Organize" at the upper right corner of the window. The CMD prompt suggestion to run SFC /Scannow will find system file problems, but this didn't solve the problem, there were no problems. It means the problem is with some other software installed or have somewhere else which can not detected corrected by the above methods.
