I had the same problem took me 2 days to find a solution. I went through this same problem and it eat up my whole day doing uploads, downloads, updates, down dates, backdates, front dates... I'd use Windows 10's built-in email client, but the lack of a unified inbox is a killer. But dragging it to the delete folder DID.
