Thanks. Whenever there's an error message stating that "Windows Movie Maker Does Not Start," the best possible solution would be staying away from the incompatible video filters being offered online. After a long look at all the forums, I couldn't find out why it worked for some people and not others. I googled how to fix it, (rebuild the folders for an IMAP account), and everything is fine now.

I went with Live Mail, successfully imported old contacts, and the world seemed fine and dandy. No instruments, no effects, none of the folders of samples I have added.
