What domain name are you sending the message(s) to? When you then attempt to send and receive, Live Mail will not send the email stuck in the outbox because the original email account that created it no longer exists. I am seeing my Outbox highlighted and showing that there is 1 outbound message yet when I open the folder nothing is there.
