I Cant Start Windows Vista! Need Help Pls


I know you can run the Flash Player in a 32 bit browser but when I click Start and go to All Programs, it doesn't display the 32 bit or even which is weird because I can't access to it or even see it from bios. Used rename c:windowssystem32qmgr.dll qmgr.old. Also when I try to download flash, I get an error that says something about no GUI????

I went to microsoft and downloaded both the memory diagnostic tool and the Resource kit tools, cause that's what microsoft said to do, and what do you know!!!!
