There wasn't any errors at the point though. Performing regular maintenance checks can help prevent freezing, and immediate freeze issues can often be solved by freeing up processor speed and performing large scale diagnostics. To me, a computer freezing means nothing on the computer responds to you (with the possible exception of the mouse cursor).
